After brushing your teeth with a toothbrush, gently and slowly insert the interdental brush between your teeth and clean the space with a back-and-forth motion. Rinse your mouth. Rinse the brushes with water and dry after use. Do not bend the metal part of the brush. If insertion between teeth is difficult, do not use force as it can affect your gums. If a brush is bent or a row of bristles is broken during or after use, it should be replaced. Made in Japan!
